Project Level BIM Implementation
In this package of our services we enable your project team to implement BIM on their ongoing project. We will work with the project team and provide guidance and support in implementing BIM on a specific project. The two objectives of our work within this package are to:
- Create tangible benefits from using BIM on the project, and
- Enable the project team to apply BIM on their future projects.
The Project Level BIM Implementation package comprises the following phases:
- Assessment of the project level BIM capabilities
- Development of the project level BIM Implementation Plan
- Setup of BIM systems
- Coaching and implementation
